This handsome Cigar Box was presented to the Lodge in 1899 by W.Bro George Kenning. It stands just under 12" high and depicts the Biblical reference of 'The lion lying down with the Lamb'.

The Inscription reads:

'Presented to the Lion & Lamb Lodge No 192 byW.Bro. George Kenning. P.M. PPGD. Middlesex. February 1899.

During the early part of the last Century it was used at the Festive Board; whether it was stocked at the expense of the Worshipful Master, or whether the cigars were purchased from the annual 'Entertainment Allowance' is subject to conjecture!
